WOW has completed the development of a complete digital ecosystem for Fisioclinic, a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic. The project encompasses a web management platform and a mobile application with distinct experiences for clients and healthcare professionals.

The web management platform includes a dashboard with real-time operational metrics, professional and specialty management, a complete appointment system, client management and an internal notification and messaging system. Administrators can monitor the entire clinic operation in a centralized and efficient manner.

The mobile application was designed by our partners Urbanistas and offers two distinct experiences. For clients and visitors, the app allows browsing specialties and available professionals, making appointment requests, viewing exam results, and accessing the Fisioclinic Premium loyalty program - a points and rewards system that encourages treatment continuity.

For healthcare professionals, the app offers a personalized view of their schedule, consultation management and full access to their professional profile, facilitating daily clinic operations.

The system integrates with the WClinics API for bidirectional clinical data synchronization, ensuring information is always up-to-date across all systems. The project also includes full bilingual support (Portuguese and English), visitor mode for new users, and a design fully focused on accessibility and ease of use.

This project reinforces WOW's capability in developing complete digital solutions for the healthcare sector, combining robust web platforms with intuitive mobile applications.
